Wrong size

You can exchange your tee for a different size within 7 days of delivery. The tee must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. A $4 delivery fee applies to the exchange, since the free delivery covers the original order only.

Faulty or wrong item

If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong design or size, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it free of charge, delivery included.

Cash on delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and pay the courier. Refusing a cash-on-delivery order at the door may mean cash on delivery won’t be available for your future orders.

Digital downloads (Guitar Pro tabs)

Because digital files can’t be returned, downloads are non-refundable once purchased. If a file is broken, incomplete or won’t open, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

How to request an exchange or replacement

Email orders@nuwera.band with your order number and the reason for the request (and a photo for faulty items). We’ll reply within 2 working days and arrange the exchange with our merch partner We Rock.

Delivery

T-shirts are delivered within Lebanon only. Delivery is free and takes 1–4 days.
